Polaris and companion
Inspired by the Gamma Andromedae shot my next double star was Polaris.
Again, I was able to record this double star system, Polaris itself has a
brightness of approx. 2mag (variable), the companion has a brightness of 9mag !!!!
The distance between them is 18.5".
I was very surprised that I was able to record down to 9mag with my Quickcam!

Teleskope: Meade LX 200 at f/10
Reducer: none
Camera: Logitech Quickcam VC
Exposures: stack of 10 pictures
