Gamma Cygnus

 

 

Here comes the famous region of Gamma Cygnus.

This shot was made with my Carl Zeiss 300mm f/4 lens with a poor

polar alignement. The slide was scanned with a Polaroid Sprintscan 35 and

further enhanced in Photoshop.

 


Equipment:

Teleskope: Meade LX 200 at f/10 - used for guiding only

Reducer: none

Camera: Pentax ES II - piggybacked on telescope

Lens: Carl Zeiss Jena Sonnar 300mm f/4

f / Stop: f/4

Film: Kodak Elitechrome 200

Exposure: 25 minutes

Conditions: good
